AGT’s LayoutMaster laser projection system simplifies fitting, even for unskilled operators

With no measuring or marking required, one operator using the LayoutMaster laser projection system can be as effective as up to five fitters, according to AGT Robotics. On the machine, which offers full-color projection and highly customizable layers, an operator can be trained as a skilled fitter in a matter of hours, the manufacturer reports.

The machine has more than 30 different features that can be laser-projected on a beam or on other accessories—part 3D contours, holes, hole centers, welding information, and part numbers.
