Hazard: This product presents a risk of electric shock due to the 3 pin travel adaptor having no shutters and the pins are too close to the periphery of the plug.

Corrective action: Destruction of the product. 

This product presents a risk of electric shock due to the 3 pin travel adaptor having no shutters and the pins are too close to the periphery of the plug. In addition, the non-UK plug fitted to this product has not been correctly fitted with a compatible conversion plug, and the product was supplied with a non-compliant travel adaptor.

The product does not comply with the Electrical Equipment (Safety) Regulations 2016 or the Plugs and Sockets, etc. (Safety) Regulations 1994.

Destruction of the product.
